Learning Activity Description:

This course is designed to help non-radiologist healthcare professionals develop a clear and practical approach to interpreting chest X-rays encountered in everyday clinical practice. It focuses on building a simple, step-by-step method to read chest X-rays with confidence.

Through real clinical cases and interactive discussion, participants will learn how to distinguish normal from abnormal findings and recognize common chest conditions seen in acute and outpatient settings. The course is tailored to support better clinical judgment and more confident decision-making in daily practice


Learning Activity Agenda:

(1–1.5 hour session):

• Introduction & Basics (15–20 min): Principles of X-ray imaging + systematic approach
• Systematic Chest X-ray Reading (25–30 min): Step-by-step interpretation
• Common Chest Pathologies (20–25 min): Pneumonia, pneumothorax, effusion, cardiomegaly
• Interactive Case Discussion (15–20 min)
